"We stayed here post-cruise before our flight home via the Sanford-Orlando airport. Its proximity to this airport is why we chose the Westin. We loved the outside areas on the property, although it was too cold to enjoy the pool! We did enjoy walking the area both days that we were there. Publix is right across the street and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "It is an older hotel so it shows it age in some spots, but all in all it was a great stay. Had a problem with bed and they fixed right away, they went out of thier way to make our stay wonderful. Great staff."

"The overall property was in good condition the only thing that was strange, is that the elevator had a strange paint peel. The hallway also had a musty smell to it like if food was being cooked in the rooms. The staff were very nice and the check in process was quick and easy. "
