"The location is great. Stunning views of Lake Ōkareka and a short walk down to the waterside. Easy access to Rotorua. We found the place to be generally clean and tidy but there were a few hairs in the bathroom. We were inundated with ants which managed to get into containers that we thought we sealed. Definitely make sure all food is well sealed or in the fridge. Generally very peaceful and private. Although the owner organised a builder to arrive first thing in the morning, which ruined the...
