I have stayed 5 nights in this accommodation over the last 2 weeks and I find the host wonderful and very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this place if you accommodation, ecspecially if you need to right next the the Waikato hospital. 10/10"

"Front door does not lock properly - easy to fix just needs to be screwed in properly. No parking included. $20 for 12hrs. Lovley outside area, fantastic having laundry in the unit. Lound, kitchen, bedroom all very nice. There was food (half eaten) left in the fridge but that took 2 seconds to throw away. The noise outside with party goers, extremly loud cars racing up amd down the driveway was the qorst. But extremly convienant location."
