"Tidy 2 bedroom unit attached to the end of the hosts house. Felt private and uninterrupted. Quiet street. Beautiful outlook over Opua marina from the deck and spa. TV not working properly but hosts were going to get fixed. Easy driving distance to Russell but not really easy walking access to get to the beach. Overall a nice place to stay and region to explore"

"Robert’s apartment was ideal for our 9 day stay in Paihia. Loads of room in the apartment, and the location couldn’t have been better. We could walk to everything in town. The kitchen was well appointed, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was updated. Robert was responsive to all our questions and most accommodating. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sanctuary Palms everything is set up to allow for a relaxing stay. The photos really don’t do it justice it is a beautiful home from home. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.
