"The stay was amazing it was just as the pictures stated, the room was beautiful , the service was amazing they opened the doors for us and they just was so polite, the only thing I did not like was at the checkout the lady that checked me out said out loud that you paid with and 3rd party , right in front of my boyfriend who I brought on a surprise trip from Lorain Ohio , I think that she did not need to say that at all because it was very unprofessional. "Great location. Breakfast and social hour was very good. Found multiple crayons in random locations around the room that were not ours so made me wonder how good of a job the cleaning crew did. A very enjoyable stay overall. "

"The stay was amazing it was just as the pictures stated, the room was beautiful , the service was amazing they opened the doors for us and they just was so polite, the only thing I did not like was at the checkout the lady that checked me out said out loud that you paid with and 3rd party , right in front of my boyfriend who I brought on a surprise trip from Lorain Ohio , I think that she did not need to say that at all because it was very unprofessional. When a person checks out just let them check out and acknowledge any information will be emailed to you , honestly that passed me off and just about ruined my experience . And just a little dust but other than that it was amazing "
