"I never had an email to give me the key code, it said someone would be there to meet us to check in at 3pm but wasn't, I rang Padstow breaks who were so helpful and gave me the code and said we were definitely booked in and check in is 4pm and not 3 as expedia informed "

"Everything as described, central, overlooking the beach, clean and comfortable, The only thing missing was a low voltage charger for a shaver/toothbrush. Besides that all good, we had a nice stay."

"We love this accommodation- it’s a spacious modern penthouse with an amazing view over Towan Bay. Great communication with the host and he very quickly helped sort out initial problems we had with lighting and heating after a power cut. They were sorted efficiently and all working 100% again within a few hours of notifying him of the problem.
