Only issue was trying to find the 'central area' to drop off our rubbish, only bin we could find was behind some barriers, so had to leave it outside the property. "A lovely peaceful week at flat 5 Seapoint. The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Simon, the owner who lives behind the property, greeted us on our first day, he was very friendly and had left us lots of treats (thank you Simon). We didn't venture too far from the flat, but did have lunch at Pilchards restaurant in Port Gaverne, it's a tapas place, a bit pricey but nice. The flat is newly renovated and has everything you need for a week away from home. "

"Lovely quiet apartment set back from the road with super private enclosed garden and hot tub. We loved exploring the local beaches and restaurants, bodyboarding at polzeath was great even in early October. Hugh was a great host with good communication and support. "Nice place and nice surroundings. Well positioned for the south east corner of Cornwall. It's not often you go away these days to a self catering cottage and don't get a welcome pack. Even if it's just a pint of milk. But not here. Also, free access to Wi-Fi is now pretty standard, but again not here. A couple of small things that could have made it perfect. "

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
