"Lots of instruction from the owner on how to get in and maintain the property etc. Property is very spacious and well maintained and has a beautiful view. Excellent communication from the owner too. Maybe would have liked to see some basics supplied such as tea and long life milk. Also as a tall person i hit my head on light fittings a few times, as well as the angled walls. Overall an excellent property."

"We loved our stay in St Ives and the property and its location are great. Jemma was a great host and arranged flowers etc to be at the property before we arrived. My gf loved them. The only issues we encountered were the lack of taxis on a rainy day, book well in advance (no Uber), Just Eat is the only food delivery app that has any availability (only 4 restaurants) and the phone signal and data coverage is very patchy. City slickers will take some time to adjust but after a while its great that...

"Check in was easy. The entire apartment was beautifully presented and had everything we needed for our stay, it felt very homely which is what we look for when on holiday.Upon arrival there was a mishap with the bed however after a phone call with Ashley it was sorted within 20 minutes. Communication with the host was fantastic and very friendly. We will definitely be staying again!"

Just far enough from the hustling downtown to enjoy the peacefulness of the area. Stones throw from the railway stop made it convenient and just off the coastal path. "Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
