"It was a great stay. Overall staff was friendly. Some of the valets on check out was not as helpful as the ones that checked us in. I was told I could just scan ticket when ready to check out and got a different story when I checked out. Needless to say, didn't get help with my bags, was told that they don't accept texts for valets on Saturdays and when I said I was checking out and was getting my husband, no one even offered to help with bags.
