"Super friendly and effecient staff at the front. We also ordered some takeout deliveries and the hotel robot brought it up right the way!"

"The staff was always very helpful. Taxi service was good. Besides the hotel restaurants, there are not too many food options s. TGIF is by the hotel. There is a mall 1 km away, close to the convention center, with fast food and a Costa (coffee place). Metro station is close, walking is safe. "

"Hotel is located in a good area if Beijing, if taking a taxi , the traffic can be heavy and slow in peak hours , recommend the metro system while sightseeing, it’s fast and reliable and user friendly for foreigners. Staff at hotel were friendly and helpful. "
