"Elevator in the building I was staying in was out of service. I was on the first floor so it didn't affect me but I feel bad for anyone that had to carry luggage up three or four flights of stairs. No ice machine in the building I was staying at. had to walk to the adjacent building for ice. Ice machine on 1st floor did not work. Had to go to the 4th floor for ice. Thankfully the building with the ice machine did have a functioning elevator."

"Check in was easy. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Nice stay"

"I liked how close it was to the airport, I wasn’t a big fan of having to pay to park there but it wasn’t expensive. The staff was very friendly! The pool was very tiny but there wasn’t anyone using it when we were there so it wasn’t bad! "

"The room was nice; it’s a good location with a lot to do in the shopping center. There was no hot water, I notified the front desk, they said they’d reset the water heater. I attempted 3 times to shower and had to jump out everytime because the water was too cold. "
