"Stayed for 2 nights in January in a second floor room. Nice room, spacious and clean, although the balcony mainly looked over the property and less the scenic view. However, the hotel has its own private overlook for an amazing sunset. A trailhead to the airport mesa vortex and overlook is steps away. Nice touch is their own free shuttle driver to ferry people to and from dinner. The airstream that serves as wine/beer bar and breakfast food truck is really nice. There are a few seats around it...

"It is a beautiful hotel, the staff were helpful and accommodating! A short walk to the most wonderful Italian restaurant, just below the hotel. We had a clean king suite room with balcony that we very much enjoyed. We also dipped in the pool and hot tub one evening and it was a wonderful way to relax after a day of hiking. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kohl’s Ranch Lodge. The lodge itself is very beautiful and located in an area with so much natural beauty and so many things to see and do. This was our first time staying at the lodge and we all agreed we’d like to return again soon. We had a separate cabin, which was just so beautiful, it had everything we needed, a full kitchen two TVs a fold out couch up back in front porch.
