I liked the hotel overall- but after checkout didn’t realize the rate quoted on Expedia was different than what the hotel charged- found out there was an additional “charge” of $15 for “amenities” so what I thought I was paying with that mysterious charge it was an additional $22

Very clean and newly renovated , easy check in and lots of oversized parking available. Good sports bar/restraint just next door which offered a discount to those staying at the hotel Great choice for anyone traveling though or in town for a few days

I came to this hotel many times over the last 3 years. It's very disappointing that the hot tub was not very hot and also that they changed the 15-minute timer for the hot tub to a 5-minute timer. This is not customer friendly.

Nicely remodeled and up to date interiors. Good cell and laptop charging options in the room. Love the microwave and mini-refrig. Great 24 hr coffee machine and filtered water available. Lots of parking, including large spaces for trailers and RVs. Will definitely plan to stay again if we pass thru Flagstaff.

The front desk employee was very nice and helpful, and I had a good experience checking in, the only thing that I was disappointed about is that I was promised a room with a balcony and that didn't happen and my grandson was looking forward to it but I was too tired to complain about it so I told him that if we ever stay here again I will make sure we get a balcony before we unload our bags needless to say he wasn't happy about it 😞

Easy access from Interstate 40. Located central to food, shopping, and outdoor activities. Greeted warmly. Check-in went smoothly. Room clean and comfortable. I was able to sleep without disturbance or noises from other guests. There is plenty of hot water to shower. It was a great stay overall!

Need to provide proper sheets for the bed. No fitted sheets were on the mattresses which allows the sheets to come off the bed while sleeping. This is a recurring issue at this facility.

The room was clean, neat, and no frills! Everything in the room worked as it should. The shower was fantastic as was the mirror in the bathroom! The hard surface on the floor instead of carpet in the room made it feel much cleaner. The room rates were quite reasonable! We would definitely stay again.
