"Clean, comfortable, helpful staff, good bed, convenient enough location. Pretty standard mid-level huge-chain accommodations. The breakfast was stupid expensive, and the coffee machine was broken (can't run to Walmart and get a spare?)"

"I always love staying here when I come to town to visit my mother. The staff is always so pleasant, the room was clean, and I feel very safe staying here. My only complaint was the TV. I couldn't get it to work the first night of my stay and then I asked someone at the desk the next morning and she said I had to unplug the tv to reset it and press the up button. Maybe add some instruction in the room? Other than that, lovely stay. "

"This was our second time to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. We love it but this time there were some disruptions due to renovations. It was hard to get some rest with all of the construction going on. To make it worse, we had no water on our last day. Apparently the workers cut the water line and we had to check out early. Luckily, the staff obliged and did not charge us for that last night. We still love the Garden Inn, just the renovations took some of the luster off of it. The location is...
