The Westin at a convenient location and offers comfortable accommodation. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Located next to a mall, we were happy to spend time walking around and discovering shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful facility. We enjoyed our time there witb only a few issues. We ordered doordash and when it was delivered the night shift front desk employees didnt call to let us know it was there or even acknowledge me when i approached the desk. I asked them for silverware and neither spike just turned and got it then went back to whatever they were doing. Only real plus is is you want to stay right on Bridge Street for shopping and dining. Lack of attention to detail. Bedside lamp had plugs and USB for charging. Only half of them worked. In-room coffee maker not near an outlet. I had to get on the floor and crawl under the desk to find an outlet. TV & remote would not work. Called front desk. Said they would send someone right up. Never came. Stay at the Hyatt across the street.
