"My family of five (mom, dad, and three girls ages 17, 20, and 23) stayed here for three nights. We wanted to spend some time exploring Philadelphia, and this was a great home base for it. There are two overnight parking lots/garages on the block (no in/out though, so plan to find other transportation around the city) which was very convenient. "The neighborhood was a bit rough to what I was expecting. It didn’t feel safe to walk around the area and not much to see or do locally. It was quiet at night and we didn’t have any break ins during our stay. Drive way is super steep. It took a few tries to not bottom out on the pavement. I drive a car so it sits decently low to ground. "
