First the good- parking free and on site, bed was comfortable, room clean although very worn, very quiet until building site workers next door started. The lift was out of order, no coffee making facilities (as in description), no information about breakfast etc. in room. Check in was easy but no information on breakfast offered (assumed it was in room). No one at the desk for check out, waited 10 minutes and rang bell....
