"The atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful, staff are so welcoming and friendly. They were knowledgeable and helpful in offering us suggestions of sites to see and places to eat. They had umbrellas, hair dryer, iron and ironing board which one needs on holiday. Having a mini fridge in the room was great so we could have additional drinks we could keep cold. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Frankenthal."

They had saved my information from my previous stay 6 months ago so check-in was fast and easy. On Christmas Eve I found a bag of chocolates, including a large foil-wrapped Santa Claus, at my door! What a lovely surprise!"
