"Stayed for two nights during a business trip to a local client, great place as a change to usual hotels I use and I will certainly stay here again. The owners, who also staff the Chateau, were very friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious and the room I stayed in had so much space with a great view of the garden."

"Query the room for disabled visitors with walk in shower. had to go in the lift walk the length of the hotel and down in lift to access room 301. Very happy with reception who were very willing to change our original room to one with the walk-in shower.. my only query is why you had to go up along and down to access this room. Otherwise, everything perfect, thank you.."

"Comfortable, clean hotel in walking distance of old town, Xmas markets, shops, museums etc and with several nice restaurants nearby. Room good but could do with more clothes storage e.g. drawers. Staff on reception very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast OK but was very crowded one day; we had to wait and not at the time the hotel says will be busy. If travelling Eurostar you can just about walk it to hotel with light luggage but it’s really a taxi."

"The staff were nice to deal with and spoke english which i appreciated as my french really sucks! Located not far from Lille airport. Locked parking gates after a certain time (we were unaware they did this)...but they had a button at the gate you could push to be let in. Room had odd odor, especially the shower room.
