Fantastic Apartments in a great locale!
The apartments are well equipped, clean and in a great location. Staff were friendly and eager to help - and the parking was effortless and secure! The hotels location allowed easy visits to all local amenities and gave a lovely spot to relax in, with great views from the balcony.

Perfect location for parents with kids. Easy walking to city center. Plenty of parking near universitiy. Clean. Decent room size. Quiet Toilet is small and no air circulation. We stayed in August and we brought our own fan as it was hot in August. I would definitely come back if i have to visit again

The photos of the apartment when booking created an expectation that was even close to being met. Very very poorly built, tired in all places, the smallest bedrooms you can imagine and a bed for midgets.

The property is nice and very clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is great overlooking the marina and within a walking distance to the beach, the towns shops and the supermarket. We parked for free nearby opposite a nice bakery only 2 minutes walk to the hotel, we could see our car from the balcony. The bakery is a plus as it opens very early in the morning and sells bread, pastries, sandwiches and pizza so great for buying meals.

Worked well for us as a one night base. Pet friendly, nice views over the dock. Area around the hotel undergoing building work so quite dirty and walkways blocked by barriers. Didn't notice any noise. Check in and out easy. Car park spaces quite small and the dust from the building work all over the floor of car park so putting your bag on the ground is a mistake! Facilities in the room basic but more than adequate. Easy walk into the town centre.

The accommodation was in an excellent location for visiting the town, old town and countryside/seaside areas around Boulogne. It was brand new and the kitchen was very well equipped so ideal for preparing meals in spite of not having an oven. We had an apartment overlooking the marina and town with a balcony which, had the weather been better, would have made the stay even more enjoyable!

Pleasant family stay
Well located, clean and pleasant apartment with lovely view. Perfect for our family break. We hadn’t received our check in codes prior to arrival but staff were super helpful, including throughout the rest of our stay. The walls were pretty marked in areas of the main room and could do with a fresh coat of paint but otherwise interiors were very well kept / presented, beds were very comfortable and we had an enjoyable stay.

The booking confirmation said there wasnt a front desk and access codes would be emailed. There was a desk and no codes received. The apartment was great. We were very pleased with it and our whole stay was good. Would definitely book again.

Great apartment in amazing location
We had a very pleasant stay. The apartments are lovely, super new and clean. It has plenty of kitchen appliances if you want to cook few meals at home. The location os also a plus, walking distance to the city centre, aquarium and the beach. We didn’t need the car for anything during our stay. It was a bit too hot in the bedrooms even though it was pretty cold outside which made sleeping a bit more difficult for us than normal as we are used to sleep in a cool bedroom. Other than that it was amazing! Will definitely stay there again!

We turned up and it was a building site with no footpaths or clear parking. Signage was appalling so we didn’t know where to go. It was not clear that this was the case when booking, and it was not appropriate for a young family, so we left for an earlier train home. We have requested a refund but have not received anything from Evancy yet.

Clean and comfortable with all kitchen amenities. Over large round table and six chairs. A ceiling light hangs at head height in the middle the lounge. We tied it up. Nice balcony and view. Unable to open bedroom windows, so when it is warm the rooms are very hot. Would advise taking fan, as no aircon in apartment. Very limited clothes storage & hanging wardrobe is either side of the bedhead!!!!! Accommodation comfortable for 2 people.

We did not enjoy our stay at Evancy Boulogne-sur-Mer. The beds were incredibly small (I did not fit at all!) and there were stains on the bed linen. We also found out that the parking we had booked was height restricted, so rather than use the secure parking, we had to park in a public car park. Communication was good and we did receive a partial refund but I would not recommend this as a place to stay.
