"The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of disabled parking. The lady receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. We had booked an accessible room as my husband is disabled, but it really was not suitable. The bathroom/wetroom had a wide door but there was only one handrail in the room next to the toilet. "Comfortable, clean hotel in walking distance of old town, Xmas markets, shops, museums etc and with several nice restaurants nearby. Room good but could do with more clothes storage e.g. drawers. Staff on reception very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast OK but was very crowded one day; we had to wait and not at the time the hotel says will be busy. If travelling Eurostar you can just about walk it to hotel with light luggage but it’s really a taxi."
