"Not in very good shape, electric in bathroom falls out of the wall, coffee pod does not fit in machine. Very dirty floors everywhere also in breakfast room. Orange mold in shower area, no proper cleaning/decalcification. "

"This is such a lovely hotel to stay at. Our room was so clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. A well stocked kitchenette if you wanted to cook for yourself The hotel was quiet despite seeming to have a lot of guests. Great location not too far from the centre of Lille. If I am in Lille this is where I choose to stay. The staff are helpful and friendly. "

"Excellent place to stay. We extended by one night. Clean and comfortable with street parking. Front desk staff were very helpful. My only concern is the 150 euro bond money has not been returned to my card yet. It has been six days since we checked out and have sent two messages to the hotel but not received any response. Our stay was very good and the kitchen let us have home cooked meals. Apart from the return of bond money would recommend this hotel."

"Second time staying at Tresors d'Opale and not the last! It's a lovely property, clean and very comfortable with quality kitchen and beds. The delicious bakery is 2 mins walk away and the beautiful beach about 5/10 mins walk either through town or the dunes. We love Le Touquet but find this place relaxing and much quieter...and cheaper! This time, we didn't like the fact we were in an inter-connecting room, we could hear every noise and conversation from next door, so make sure you don't get one...

"This is a very basic apartment and has a very odd damp/mouldy/unaired smell on entering & a little dusty but it was fine & had everything you could need for a short break including an iron & board, hairdryer and kitchen equipment including a coffee maker, toaster & microwave. It was quite small but was enough for 2 adults & a teen. Parking was included & the car was outside the apartment so easy access & secure. Fabulous communication and easy access to keys etc and we were given entry 2 hrs...

"Agréablement surprise la chambre est grandiose on dirait une vraie suite. Dormir dans un château c'était top et calme je me suis sentie privilégié. Comme une princesse ! Lieu très sécurisé et surveillé. La literie est très confortable. Il faut se diriger dans a l'accueil de la résidence de senior pour récupérer les clés de la chambre d'hôtel qui se trouve dans le château un peu plus de la résidence. Et les prix sont très raisonnable pas cher même en vu de la qualité des chambres et des...

"all good , couple of notes from myself to make experience exceptional, 1 ) the person who make the booking should be allocated to the best room in house. mine was off the street , there were no disturb but i can see a problem comoing from there 2) there was drainage odour which was unpleasant "
