"After reading other reviews I was prepared to encounter some communication difficulties with the property manager and maybe lack of toiletries/towels but even though the property manager would only call/text (he would not use the VRBO platform to communicate) the home amenities were sufficient for us! We travelled 16 hours to Indianapolis, and the property manager emailed me THREE HOURS before we were supposed to check in to tell me that the property had been unavailable for six months. I then spent over an hour on the phone with VRBO trying to get some kind of resolution and another place to stay. Three weeks later, I’m still waiting for the remainder of the refund that the resolutions team member promised me. "

One fresh Paint color on the whole unit would do a wonder. And The light fixtures and furniture are so very builder grade. The unit I am sure is a money maker Yet invest a little to make a little more. Luz it up. So it feels more special."
