"After reading other reviews I was prepared to encounter some communication difficulties with the property manager and maybe lack of toiletries/towels but even though the property manager would only call/text (he would not use the VRBO platform to communicate) the home amenities were sufficient for us! My spouse and I live (very) locally, but had a friend coming into town and we didn't want to make him spend a week in the chaos of our mid-renovations house. "We had a great stay in Indianapolis. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and stylish. The kids really enjoyed the fuse ball table and there were plenty of appliances/cookware for us to enjoy a home cooked meal together and well as being feet away from at least 5 restaurants. Will definitely book with them again."

We travelled 16 hours to Indianapolis, and the property manager emailed me THREE HOURS before we were supposed to check in to tell me that the property had been unavailable for six months. I then spent over an hour on the phone with VRBO trying to get some kind of resolution and another place to stay. Three weeks later, I’m still waiting for the remainder of the refund that the resolutions team member promised me. "

"Howdy what a great location and Hyped spot. I was surprized the unit was not Updated or Upgraded in any way form time of purchase. You can feel the time stemp vibes. One fresh Paint color on the whole unit would do a wonder. And The light fixtures and furniture are so very builder grade. The unit I am sure is a money maker Yet invest a little to make a little more. Luz it up. So it feels more special."
