"The house is sprawling, plenty of first floor room, and a top level apartment was great for a family’s needing their own space. The rooms were comfortable and each had a lake view. The kitchen pantry was well stocked with little extras, and there was plenty of fridge storage with two refrigerators. The lake is set behind the house with a huge yard that accommodates many games. The dock and swimming area were tidy, and they had plenty of water boats (boards,kayaks,canoes) and life preservers....

"The house is brand new, set up well and very clean and has all amenities that you need for a week stay. It is less than 5 mins to the mountain and a 5 min drive to the small Jay Village. We will definitely return."

"The house was very clean had everything we needed for our stay. The master bedroom and bathroom were amazing, much nicer than the pictures show. The only minor issues we had were the master bedroom door didnt fully shut which was really no big deal, just put a bag infront of it to keep it shut, and the shower in the master bedroom didnt drain well. Also not that big of a deal since there was another shower. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent property for a family getaway. It is right by the river which makes it unique. Big enough to accommodate a bigger family or multi-family vacation. The cottage is within walking distance to the local grocery store and several eateries. Also perfectly distanced to other VT spots like Stowe or Burlington...which was about 1 hour driving to each.. Kids loved a day at the Pumphouse Waterpark which was 15 mins away. Overall, perfect location, amenities and environment to take in Vermont's...

"We just came back from a great stay at the property. Very clean and had everything we needed on premises. The location was great for ski in/ski out, and also for walking to restaurants, stores, rentals etc. Enjoyed games and puzzles there too. Great communication with owner. "
