"The house was clean, well equipped and cozy. Jay Peak was only a short drive and the property offered privacy and a beautiful deck. We especially loved the lower level entrance that allowed us to lay out our gear to dry before packing it back up again. The game room was a bonus and had two extra futons for more guests. "We spent 3 nights in this property over MLK weekend. Location-wise, we were only 14 minutes from Jay Peak resort which was great because we spent most of our time there. The neighborhood itself seems a bit rundown (the house next door to this house is completely abandoned and the house on the other side must be multiple rentals as the entire backyard is a parking lot filled with cars).
