"The house was clean, well equipped and cozy. Jay Peak was only a short drive and the property offered privacy and a beautiful deck. We especially loved the lower level entrance that allowed us to lay out our gear to dry before packing it back up again. The game room was a bonus and had two extra futons for more guests. The best part......pet friendly! Our pups LOVED the house and yard. Communication with the owner was nearly instant and friendly. We will most likely book this house again next...

"We had a wonderful stay here! The propery is well maintained and spacious. We loved walking to the brook in the morning (the mist above the water with the reflection of the foliage was beautiful)- and there were many trails to investigate! The bedroom was cozy and the den was comfortable. Our dog Harlie loved the house- and the back yard- and the walks. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The house has beautiful views and location. It was very clean and large. I had my 89 year old father with us and the only negative for us was no railngs on any steps going into the house or in the basement which is where the only shower was and no bathroom on the main level . That is the only reason for 4 stars. The house is beautiful with amazing views. Big bedrooms, kitchen had everything you could need and a beautiful three season room. It has a lot of character. "The three of us older ladies just wanted a quick getaway to relax & enjoy each others company! The house was very comfortable & nicely decorated with attention to details that we all appreciated! For example, there were cozy blankets to snuggle with, teas, hot cocoa supplied & a towel warmer in the bathroom ! We didn't end up going to the state park but drove by & it looked great!"
