"The property was great for our group of 4. Kitchen was well equipped, although toaster needs replacement. Bathrooms had lots of towels and dove soap/shampoo/conditioner. A few things we could have used were scissors and kleenex. The shower drains do need a cleaning as they filled up while showering to cover our feet and drained very slow. We did have an issue with beeping on our last night. It was a water sensor telling us there was a leak under the sink. We weren't sure how to shut the sensor...

"Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay! The condo was well equipped and had everything you need to be comfortable. It’s within walking distance to Jay Peak Resort which has an indoor water park, spa, and restaurants. During ski season, you can ski right to the lift and back home.The management company was very attentive also. Highly recommend for a stay at Jay Peak! "

"This condo was exactly as described. It was meticulously clean and well-located within the Jay Peak resort. It was family-friendly and comfortably appointed with items such as a pack-n-play and a high chair. The host, Danny, was very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Highly recommend! "

But it is "on the market" as a rental and you have an obligation given that to manage a few things well for your customers. That is clearly not being done with this property. "We were in VT to visit the Golden Dog Farm in Jeffersonville. This condo was so cozy and a great home base for our day trips to both the farm and Stowe/von Trapp Brewery. "Very good place to stay. All of the accommodations were excellent. The only difficulty--and this is no fault of the apartment itself--was that it snowed and the roads did not get plowed the morning I needed to get out and it was nearly impossible to drive up the huge hill unplowed. If I hadn't had a four-wheel drive rental car, I would have been stuck. Just FYI, regarding weather and conditions of the resort. It is very hilly and road care could have been much better."
