"This is the perfect location with lots of space. My family and I were quite comfortable staying here. The only drawback is that the unit isn't the most child friendly as there is a steep spiral staircase we didn't know about until we got there. Additionally, for whoever stays in the room with the queen bed, privacy could be an issue as guests staying in the room with the king bed will need to pass through the room with the queen bed to get to the kitchen downstairs. "We were in town for a family wedding and the location was perfect for getting around. It’s about a two mile walk to downtown Newport, which we did walk, or it was easy to Uber as well. House was well equipped with pots pans etc, plenty of comfortable beds for everyone and towels. Hosts communicated well and we had a fabulous visit. I would stay here again. "

The location was close to everything and Edward was incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations The house was very stocked with many extra items and made us feel right at home. "This was a great rental for our stay in Newport! Although it might look far from downtown Newport, it was less than a 10 minute drive to the city center. Having a lockbox for the key was great when staying with a couple friends we could leave the key for each other. I would recommend adding a full length mirror to the property if possible, we would’ve liked to have one while getting ready for a friend’s wedding."

"Very nice stay. Third floor unit was very nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom very nice. Owner supplied lots of food and snacks if needed. A little backward having to walk through living room to get to space. No door to separate area from owners area. Other than that it was a great location and owner was very helpful when it came to sight seeing areas. "

"Location was excellent, easy ride to downtown Newport or some of us even walked into town one day. House was enough space for 8 adults. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend or stay again. "

"This is a very nice, cozy home. Super convenient to everything and in a nice development. Furnishings are nice, comfortable and home very clean. Communication with owner very good. Just, FYI - the mattresses I believe are the “Casper” type and thus quite soft. "

"It was lovely staying at this bungalow in Rhode Island!! Derek was so kind and the place was very clean and spacious. It is also in a great location close to the beach and Cliff walk and within walking distance of cafes. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. "

"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "
