Walkable to all of downtown Newport and a very cool neighborhood with lots of dining options. House was well stocked and clean with a great backyard. We will be back!"

"We were very happy with the location and accessibility to Newport. The place was surprisingly spacious with a good kitchen, fridge/freezer and counter space. The bathroom and shower were also very good (the shower being much needed after days on the water!). I'd also like to compliment Sherri for being very quick to address an issue that was unexpected on our first night there. A responsive host makes a big diffference and she was excellent!"

"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "
