"Dog friendly hotel? £30 charge for the dog package extortionate and dog not allowed in the restaurant. Arrived after a 4 hour journey at around 2.15 to be told our room isn’t ready. I know check in is 3 pm but this isn’t and never will be good enough when you’re paying £170 a night. We went for a coffee in the bar and asked to be informed when our room was ready. Not happening nobody’s going out of there way here. Room lovely and great location albeit in the campus. A real dog friendly...

"Nice place! Old Victorian that they have done a good job with. Parking was small but no problem. No restaurants close so be prepared. The shower was the only short coming. Otherwise great experience! Staff was outstanding! "

"The warmest of welcomes by Keith advised us of what bus we would need in order to get to the dome where we had booked a meal and were given a map of the town. Toom was clean and comfortable, really nice breakfast with plenty of choices and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again. "

I am extremely thankful to one of the staff members ( dont know the name ; but she was cleaning the room and dining area in afternoon), she has such a good heart, guided me, helped with phone charger, told me how to get around the city.
