"So I never got check in details, messaged the host several hours before check in. Didn't hear anything. Showed up after check in time no one on the property. Called the host several times, no answer and voice mail was full. As I was walking the property another family showed up they had checked in the day before. While getting on the phone with vrbo the owner showed up and discovered that he had double booked. I am still waiting on his cancellation of my reservation and the return of my money...

"This place is in a great location for both local attractions along with being a great home base to access the Seneca Lake wine tour area. The place is clean, easy to access, and near multiple eating/social establishments. Parking is available, place is really nice ascetically with brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows. "

The additional details they included for Christmas, such as a tree, lights, and decorations, elevated the experience further. "Location was nice, however since it is winter and next to public parking, the first night was interrupted by the scraping of snowplows clearing the lot at 3-5am. A few issues with getting the correct remote to work the main TV, was fixed the next day. Kitchen nice and bright and supplied nicely."

"It was what I expected for the most part. Was surprised the windows were frosted so couldn’t see outside. That was strange. But at least they couldn’t see in . Was on a mainStreet so could hear people walking and talking. Expected that but took some getting used to. The bed was super comfy, walk in shower superb. Bedroom doorway was very narrow.frig with freezer was good so I could keep ice."

"Ideal location for our stay over the holidays. Walkable to family and into the village. Cozy bedrooms. Bathrooms a bit cold when it got really cold (teens). Sweet gift bag when we arrived. Some quirks, but I'd definitely stay there again."
