"It was good for what we needed except i was not informed when i booked the room or when we checked in that the wall heater was not working( waiting on parts), there was a oil heater but it wasnt on and it took about 2.5 hrs to get from 58° to where we werent shivering (snowed next morning) other than that it was good. "Love coming to Northstar! The facility is beautiful! The rooms are great. The communication is easy too. Of course we come during off season, so the downside is a lot of the shops and restaurants can be closed. Some of the pool areas were also closed. Truckee is so close though you have options there. Plus this hotels has activities that you can sign up for some are free and some you pay. I liked the theater option! The scenery around is just beautiful! "
