"Quietest place we have ever stayed. My spouse loved the parking garage with 2 McLaren, G wagon, Ferrari, Lotus, etc. Nice hot shower, Little kitchen. Bed was good. Great restaurants and shopping around. Would absolutely stay here again. Had gone for a medical convention."

"Carol and Jarrett are great hosts and nice people. Pictures are representative of the casita. When you arrive the casita is behind the garage. They were doing some landscaping upgrades while I was there. The AC is oversized so no worries that us cold weather people will melt in the heat. I was there for a week long event at Ben Avery sports park. The location is about 12 miles north of Ben Avery, but it only takes about 20min driving. I will likely stay here again if it is available....

"Great location. Pool and fitness facilities awesome! The condo could use some TLC, very skimpy furnishings. Not up to par for most VRBO’s we stay in. Pool access and gate code not spelled out anywhere in the unit and no folder of info as is typical at VRBO’s we’ve stayed at in the past."

"When I reserved this place and messaged Natalie an introduction of who we were and why we were in Phoenix I got NO RESPONSE.....I thought, oh well, that's ok. A week or so later, I messaged her asking about a hair dryer and got NO RESPONSE.....I was a little irritated but figured not a big deal. The day before check-in I messaged her asking how we access her place and got NO RESPONSE! On the morning of check-in I called her and got a voice mailbox that was full. "The positives: nice pools, pickleball courts, gym. Perfect location for going to the waste management golf tourney. The mattresses were comfortable. It was nice to have a full size washer and drier in the unit. The grounds could be nice, but I have never seen so many piles of dog poop anywhere. Lots of areas for improvement with cleaning: kitchen drawers, kitchen hardware, exterior of entry door was really dirty; one bedroom door was blackened with handprints; shampoo bottles etc had obviously...

"This condo was perfect. We were able to get to my daughter’s place with no problem. The kids loved the pool, which was very close. The condo was well taken care of. Very cozy and comfortable. We spent most mornings on the patio having our coffee. Being on the first floor was an added plus for us. As was the mints (children) and champagne (adults). The owners, Jeanne and Nicole, checked in to make sure all was ok. We would not hesitate to come back again. "

"I rented this property with my 20 year old son as a get away during college break. The weather was awfully cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the property very much. Our room was as described.
