"The hotel stay was OK. Rooms a bit dark and dated. Needs new carpet in bedroom. Several long black hairs on bathroom floor. Hand held sprayer in shower awkward to use, too low. Shower faucet and fixtures clunky. All personnel were great. David, the concierge, was excellent!"

"1. Good location to restaurants/ shopping within a short driving distance. 2. Staff at front desk friendly and helpful. 3. For those going to the Mayo Clinic ( main campus ) just a 12 minute drive. 4. If staying in Buildings 5-8 be aware of a short walk to your room but can be an issue if physically limited. Resort has transportation ( “golf cart” type ) available. 5. In updated room bed was very comfortable. "

"Good location if you're going in for a surgery nearby. Its an upscale Super 8 if you will. Large refrigerator and a microwave. Breakfast was continental style but adequate. Beds were comfortable but towels were rough. If you want room cleaned ask the day before. All in allwe would stay there again. "

"Beautfiful resort, with excellent service. I've come before with my family and enjoyed the amentities like pools and fishing pond, but this visit, I was in town for an appointment and wanted a relaxing, quiet stay. The Princess did not dissapoint. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed is luxuriously made up with premium bedding and pillows. Had a fantastic sleep and visit. Would definitely stay again. "

"Lovely resort excellent for families. Huge pool with circular slide. Hammocks, corn hole setups, quiet areas and lovely grounds. Separate adult only pool with pool bar. Very nice grounds. Rooms are condo style with kitchens and washer and dryers. Great for extended stay. Clean and neat. Maybe getting a little older, but still very nice. Some roooms have balconies with great views. Resort is located about 40 minutes away from downtown Phoenix. Very much need a rental car to get to and...
