"Nice home and the view is amazing. The hot tub is very nice and easy to use. Good bed in main suite. The home was clean but a bit worn in areas - floors, carpet and kitchen items. It would be helpful to have updated directions and access information to the home. Also updated TV directions as the current ones are no longer relevant. "

"In nearly every respect the stay was excellent. The house has easy access to the beach, a fabulous deck, and huge windows that made even the stormy days fun and interesting. We were able to fit three family units into the rooms comfortably, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes to make food prep and serving easy. "After reading the reviews I packed a small cleaning kit and hand held carpet cleaner. I didn't need them. As a former housekeeper/inspector I usually plan to do an extra five minutes here and there at a VRBO since many times the people cleaning aren't pros. This place was just fine. No animal smell. White hotel-style sheets and towels. There is some staining on the light carpet, but it didn't bother me. My kids spent two hours downstairs playing ping pong and foosball before they even...

"We had a wonderful visit. The house was everything we needed and more. We shared lots of meals in a well stocked kitchen, sat around the fire in the backyard with s’mores, walked to the beach, relaxed on the deck, and more. We will definitely be back. "

"We really enjoyed the house and grounds, the renovations are great!! VRBO and Vacasa both said the heat didn't work and space heaters were provided (I think I saw them in the closet), but the heat came on while we were there so perhaps the listing needs updating? The rugs, under furniture and in lesser used areas, you may want to do a deeper clean, they were fairly dusty. We absolutely adored it, I am only mentioning for tour info 😊"
