"Nice home and the view is amazing. The hot tub is very nice and easy to use. Good bed in main suite. The home was clean but a bit worn in areas - floors, carpet and kitchen items. It would be helpful to have updated directions and access information to the home. Also updated TV directions as the current ones are no longer relevant. "

"After reading the reviews I packed a small cleaning kit and hand held carpet cleaner. I didn't need them. As a former housekeeper/inspector I usually plan to do an extra five minutes here and there at a VRBO since many times the people cleaning aren't pros. This place was just fine. No animal smell. White hotel-style sheets and towels. There is some staining on the light carpet, but it didn't bother me. My kids spent two hours downstairs playing ping pong and foosball before they even...

"Beautiful view of Proposal Rock and easy access to the beach steps away. The house is perfect for off season stay when the weather might be bad because of all the activities available downstairs and the great view from the living room and master bedroom. You feel like you’re on the beach when you’re actually warm and dry inside!"

"We had a wonderful visit. The house was everything we needed and more. We shared lots of meals in a well stocked kitchen, sat around the fire in the backyard with s’mores, walked to the beach, relaxed on the deck, and more. We will definitely be back. "

"We really enjoyed the house and grounds, the renovations are great!! VRBO and Vacasa both said the heat didn't work and space heaters were provided (I think I saw them in the closet), but the heat came on while we were there so perhaps the listing needs updating? The rugs, under furniture and in lesser used areas, you may want to do a deeper clean, they were fairly dusty. We absolutely adored it, I am only mentioning for tour info 😊"
