"This place sure had the cozy vibe going on! Very cute and comfortable little cottage. I felt it had everything we needed for a quick girls weekend in the adorable Northfield town! I even tried some of the sweet tea from Jerusalem (what a fun unexpected treat)!"

"We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s but this exceeded all of our expectations. The owners were WONDERFUL to communicate quickly and often. We were welcomed by fresh flowers and a sweet note. The home has been completely remodeled/updated and decorated so lovely! The sunroom was amazing as was the dock and chairs. Highly recommend. "

"First I am normally not a complainer. I have also stayed in many VRBOs. All very positive experiences.I was expecting rustic because this place looked dated. However upon arrival there is an odor in the home that could not clearly be explained. We bought candles to help with the smell. It is supposed to be supplied with enough towels and wash clothes for 13 guests. It is not. They are working on flooring up stairs so one room was subfloor. Not completed. More than that it would be a tight fit. The laundry is coin operated, but we appreciated that they were available to us so we didnt have to visit a laundromat.. "

"Our adult children, my husband and I gathered from three different states just before the holiday season. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We really appreciate people sharing their homes. It is such a nice way to gather with family (when our places are a bit too small!). We will look you up again when returning to Owatonna!"

"Okay. So this house is owned by someone who no longer lives in MN. A cleaning company/person was hired to clean the house but when we got there the house was clean in the sense that there wasn’t trash or belongings everywhere but the house was filthy in the sense that there were cobwebs everywhere, literally everywhere. Dust on everything. The beds didn’t have proper sheets on them and some had holes. The freezer had items that looked old and gross. I informed the property owner so she was aware...
