"Needed a place for 2 couples and 3 singles, worked out great. We had 3 boats which had easy parking. Short drive to town with a nice marina to put in each day. The house was very nice with all of the needs met. We hope to be back. "

"The location was perfect. The house was cute and cozy. The bedrooms were comfortable. The space for 10 people was awesome. The only issue was it was warm outside and somehow the boxelder bugs were getting into the house. I would stay here again if in cannon falls."

Unique place with wonderful service and comfy beds

"The place had such charm with the building looking like it should be in Europe somewhere with its unique design. It was tucked back in the woods on a beautiful prep school campus. The staff were wonderful and helpful and even told Us about the history of the place and how they decided to make the building a place for guests to stay. The rooms were clean, bed was comfy and felt like home instead of an hotel room. Breakfast had choices of breakfast sandwiches you could heat up, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt and fresh fruit. They had an assortment of coffee, tea and hot chocolate in KCups to pick from. And some delicious homemade peanut butter that they make and sell there on campus. If you needed the microwave or fridge it was a full size fridge that was community shared, for the 12 rooms. The trails around the place in the woods behind it looked like they would have been fun, had we had time to explore them. "
