"We liked the waterpark. It was good for school aged children. Supervision was up to parents, though, and a lot of kids had no real supervision. We lost some earbuts and had to move the couch to look. Big mistake! It was disgusting. Also, we had to pick up around the pool area to find a place to sit. Some kids took all our towels and none were available until later. Just some issues wit supercision and cleanliness, but still worth the stay."

"The underground parking isnt very good. Just old and dirty, low ceiling, tiles hanging down. Otherwise, everything else was great. Clean rooms, hallways, etc. "

"This is a clean hotel, right across from St Marys hospital w/a free shuttle to Gonda & Mayo Clinic. It relieves the stress of driving. The hotel has awesome continental breakfast, coffee, tea etc at all times. Suites are clean, with kitchenettes, including dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots/pans, dishwasher, microwave, fridge & coffee pot. Microwave popcorn etc in room. If there on weekdays, a light dinner is served. There is a very good restaurant right next door & hotel also has a small shop...

"I am a patient at Mayo and the fact that the Inn offers a free Uber ride to the Clinic was a real surprise and a plus. In addition, the Inn was almost half the price of hotels in downtown Rochester - for a facility that is at least as good. And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back."

"They were under some construction, but other than that it was clean and well kept up. The room was clean, although the sheets were older and kind of rough due to that. The breakfast had warm food and cold food options, which were all good. They were helpful whenever there were any questions. They had an online option for check-in and checkout, out making it much quicker. Overall a good stay and reasonable priced. "

"Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and is equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was a great place to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. We highly recommend it and plan to return. "
