"The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. "Very clean, easy access, bathroom is a little uncomfortable if you’re a big guy like me, but not impossible to manage. Bedrooms are very comfortable. The only bad thing is the a/c water extractor that makes noise when least you expected lol had to get used to that. Overall, the experience was great. Met the cleaning lady and she is just fabulous. Did not get her name though, but really nice person. Loved the place! "

"The location is ideal for exploring Old San Juan. It is close to many restaurants. The property manager was great with communication. The space could definitely use some cleaning as the floors were very dirty. The couch is lumpy and needs to be replaced. The TV is very small for the space. The pictures on the listing show a light-filled, open space. In reality, you can't open the windows because there is no glass or screens, so the space is actually very dark. Can be confusing at first when getting dropped off from airport but once you find it you're golden.
