"The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. Walking distance to Casita Miramar and the T Mobile District. "

"Clean place for both myself and my wife. The place is located in Toa Baja. It’s 23 mins from San Juan airport and close to main highways if planning to go sightseeing. According to local friends when it rains it’s a flooding area . However it did rain and nothing happened. The place is not a luxurious one but it works for two people . "

However, and I hate to count this as a criticism of the property, there are "coqui" frogs that live in the atrium of the apartment building and are extremely loud for most of the day and night. You can clearly hear them loudly chirping in the kitchen, living room and smaller bedroom through the closed door and very thick walls. Bring earplugs to help you sleep! "

"I rented this place to visit OSJ and the spot was perfect for us as we were only there to sleep and drink some Medalla on the balcony. It's an old building so it is what it is.
