"Mattresses had dirt, debris, could be dead bugs, perhaps cockroach fecis. The owner said i should have called and they would have sent someone over to correct it. I shouldn't have to deal with this filth in the first place. Just disgusting. We left immediately and drove to san juan staying at Wyndham. I stayed at 5 other locations and none had mattress with filth like this."

"I loved this apartment. Everything was wonderful except the AC was located in the bedroom and barely cooled the rest of the apartment. However, you’re on vacation and you won’t spend much time laying in the living area or cooking anyway. "We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed breakfast on the shaded patio. There are food trucks and a bar in walking distance and the host was very communicative. The home is well lived, but the AC in the 3 rooms worked well and we slept comfortably."

"The apartment is very nice. Very clean, air-conditioned and peaceful. The hospitality of the owner was great. She was very kind and greeted us upon arrival. Overall, my stay at Family Villa was great. I look forward to booking again to stay in the near future. The apartment is close to the beach, shops, restaurants, pharmacy and about a 45min drive to San Juan. Very great location. I will definitely recommend friends and family to stay at this location."

"Only stayed for one night but it was a nice place. We needed a last minute booking and when she had a cancelation she allowed us to have the bigger unit since there was 6 of us! Monthly pest control inspection available on site which was a big pro in my book! Quiet location. No wash clothes tho! Overall a good stay! "

"Clean place for both myself and my wife. The place is located in Toa Baja. It’s 23 mins from San Juan airport and close to main highways if planning to go sightseeing. According to local friends when it rains it’s a flooding area . However it did rain and nothing happened. The place is not a luxurious one but it works for two people . "

"This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and because there were 9 of us decided to use VRBO rather than pay for multiple hotel rooms. The house had enough space, was clean and the Lourdes was very helpful. You will need to rent a vehicle to get around the island and use Google translate if you do not speak Spanish.
