"The house was everything they advertised. Very clean and well kept. All amenities were as advertised. The extra snacks and drinks provided were a nice touch. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint-tv remote did not work due to dead batteries with no replacements. But we made due with no issues! Would stay here again in a heart beat!"

Towels and washcloths were not provided in sufficient numbers for four guests for three nights. Upon arrival we had difficulty getting in the house. Front door framed by beautiful lead crystal windows leads to roomy front porch for morning coffee, cuddling on the swing seat with a good book, comfortable chairs for gathering. We watched the full moon come over the hill glittering on the Ohio River both from the porch and a bench at the edge of the river bank. "This house was perfect for our family vacation. Our family of 10 adults and 2 teenage children (not all at one time – staggered visits) enjoyed using the kayaks, fire pit, and game room. Great location with a number of farmer’s markets nearby The well equipped kitchen and gas grill on the patio made making dinner plans easy. Highly recommend!"

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Railroad Ranch. We were in town for a baby shower and needed a central place to stay so we could visit relatives that live in the area. We could not have picked a better spot. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area is quite, and I found it be very safe. "

" Ame up for a weekend of SCCA track events at Pitt Pace. Very convenient location at a fraction of the cost of Courtyard and 1/2 the distance to the track. Owners own a dairy and left us some delicious milk and ice cream. Very comfortable and exactly as described."
