"I booked this listing as a weekend lake getaway while we were in town for a family vacation. Usually we get multiple rooms in a hotel and this was a much better option to keep the fun going longer. The property was perfect! We enjoyed the covered patio and ate breakfast outside each morning and again in the late evening for card games. The lake view was so pretty. Our group was multi-generational. I would leave a perfect score for our stay if it had not mentioned in the listing that it was good...

"It was very peaceful and we sat around the fire, it was nice to have a full ring of wood complementary. Very cozy and perfect place to get away for a night. Hosts were great and very fast responses. Definitely would stay here again."

"I'll stay was quiet, it was confusing at first on how to get to the house, but once we made it it was okay, we had a few glitches but nothing major my only concern or shall I say issue was the refrigerator it needs to be updated and cleaned."

"My husband and I, plus our furbaby (dog) drove from TN to PA to see our 3 grandchildren who are young adults. One had just graduated from Slippery Rock Universty. The cottage was perfect!! We have stayed at several places and this was by far the best ever!! Very clean!! Beautiful decor, comfy, cozy and well stocked with too many items to mention!! I would highly recommend with 10 stars if I could!! Shout out to Jason, the host. Super helpful and friendly, but gave us our privacy. Awesome...

"I cant say enough about the property! It was amazing! We had a age range from 1 to 91 and this fit all our needs! Sunny was amazing! Very communicative and accommodating to our needs!!!!!! Loved it! Try the swim sap it was the icing on the cake!"

"Staff was extremely nice which it seems is so hard to find anymore. To me first impressions mean the world. The first encounter you have when going to your hotel is the front desk personnel. So friendly and inviting. The room was very clean, A/C worked great, bed was comfortable, frig was cold, and TV worked great. I am very picky and I had no complaints. I know a few reviews said the rooms were outdated but honestly I would rather walk into a room and smell the clean vs seeing a new chair or desk. even though there is no elevators to get to the second floor, its not as bad as the reviews say. You go up 5 steps to a platform, then go up 5 more. Not bad at all. Overall I was very pleased and the comp breakfast was good also."
