"Staff was extremely nice which it seems is so hard to find anymore. To me first impressions mean the world. The first encounter you have when going to your hotel is the front desk personnel. So friendly and inviting. The room was very clean, A/C worked great, bed was comfortable, frig was cold, and TV worked great. I am very picky and I had no complaints. I know a few reviews said the rooms were outdated but honestly I would rather walk into a room and smell the clean vs seeing a new chair or desk. even though there is no elevators to get to the second floor, its not as bad as the reviews say. You go up 5 steps to a platform, then go up 5 more. Not bad at all. Overall I was very pleased and the comp breakfast was good also."
