The friendly staff at the front desk looked into it and since all our bookings were in the same category room they combined the reservations to one so that we could just check in once for the whole week. We loved that the staff were very attentive to our needs such as lending us an extra lamp for the room. We also loved the snack station with coffee juice and Japanese snacks in the lobby.
