"Came into town for my daughter’s college visit and it just happed to be her 18th birthday weekend. I wanted to make it special as possible so I called ahead and asked if the room could be decorated for her. Meg said that the hotel usually didnt do things like that but if i had the decor delivered she would make sure it was decorated for me. Meg came into work early and went above and beyond when she didnt have to. My daughter was so surprised and grateful. "
