"I have stayed at this hotel several times. Was very pleased to see they have remodeled the rooms. Had an issue with a noisy neighbor the first night of our stay and the manager, Debbie, was wonderful and accommodating. She moved us to a new room and upgraded the room free of charge. Customer service was outstanding and rooms are now brand new. Bed was comfortable as well. Great location. One block off Michigan Avenue."
