"George the the bellhop was extremely helpful , friendly, and gave us some recommendations on our route to see a few of the closest beaches. The hotels in a great location close to the port with plenty of really good food. Options parking was very convenient and breakfast was really delicious. Would stay again."

"The hotel itself is lovely and has beautiful amenities. The transport every 30 minutes to downtown Chania is a wonderful add-on, and the front desk people were all professional and had amazing service. My partner stayed here last year and this year again, and likely we will be staying next year "

"Stayed 6 nights in a pool view room which we were upgraded to. Had a beautiful view from the 2nd floor. The bedroom and bathroom were both very spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Was fresh every morning and had a very large variety of hot and cold dishes and sweets. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay in a beautiful property. "

"Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. If you have an ocean view suite, you can spend lots of happy hours on the balcony enjoying a book. Chania old town is also very close ."

"Location of sublime! Tons of restaurants nearby, really good ones too. Lots of shopping as well. Breakfast buffet was very impressive, top quality and exceptional. My only issue was that the room was very small and more suitable for one person, not two. Otherwise, an excellent option. Private parking as well which we appreciated."

"I had a wonderful time at this all inclusive resort. I was here for my birthday. The staff decorated my room when I was at lunch, and then made me a cake for after dinner. Wonderful staff. Good choices at meal times, but a little sparse at the snack bars. I got a Cretan massage at the health spa and really enjoyed it. The room was very clean, as were the grounds in general. Beautiful big pools. The magic show by Magic Chris on Friday night was excellent. Great fun for kids and adults. Highly recommended."

"I really liked this hotel , it has everything you need and on the beach. Location is great , can walk to old town in 15 minutes. Studio room is very comfortable and spacious, good shower etc. The staff were very helpful. Great restaurants around the corner from the hotel as well…..particularly Mikrolimano fish tavern. All in all , I would recommend this hotel. "
