The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the overall ambiance was perfect for a great vacation. A special mention goes to Despina, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and her warm hospitality made a huge difference. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The pizza and burger station added a fun and convenient touch that we absolutely loved. If we could give this hotel more than 10 stars, we absolutely would! "My husband and I have both traveled internationally but neither of us have ever experienced the type of gracious and considerate hotel staff. Each and every one we encountered was amazing. This was really proven when my husband, who has heart problems, had to be taken to the hospital. They arranged a car to take me (while my husband was in the ambulance) and deliver both of us back home upon release. This was our first visit to Crete, for our 30th anniversary and we could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. "
