"We have stayed at this hotel for the last 16 years and seen it go form a private owned property to a chain boutique hotel. When it was privately owned the customer service was amazing that we remember all the staff, but rooms were deteriorated over the years. With the boutique chain the rooms are great, but the staff rarely interact with you. We stayed here because we like the location and we know the area very well. Overall it was a good experience. "

"Exactly what I needed. It's close to the Forum and Colosseum. The room was spartan but very clean and the front desk was friendly and helpful. They let me drop bags early and keep them behind the desk after check out so I could tour. I would stay here again under similar circumstances."
