We had a flight cancellation which made us miss our first night and the hotel offered to refund it without me having to ask. The area around the hotel is decent. If you enjoy walking it is a good choice. It was my first time in Seoul (from Canada) so the learning curve was pretty steep but after being in Korea for two weeks I can confidently say that this is a nice hotel.
